Reports circulated earlier today from some publications that third party game sales on Nintendo Switch 2 were fairly dire at launch. However, US sales tracker Mat Piscatella who works for Circana, has said that third party sales of Nintendo Switch 2 games in the United States were actually “far better” than those of the original Nintendo Switch console which launched in March 2017. The biggest third party game turned out to be the excellent Cyberpunk 2077 from CD Projekt Red.
