Elden Ring for Nintendo Switch 2 delayed to 2026

Previews of Elden Ring Tarnished Edition on the Nintendo Switch 2 picked up a number of problems mainly stemming from the game’s performance on Nintendo’s latest system. The team at From Software will share more information on the new release date in the near future. The team thanks fans for their support.

“Regarding ELDEN RING: Tarnished Edition for Nintendo Switch 2, which was originally scheduled for release in 2025, we have determined that additional time is needed to further adjust the game’s performance. As a result, the release has been postponed to 2026.
