We learned a few months back that Ubisoft is currently developing a AAA Rayman video game. Fast forward to today and we’ve learned that the project is currently progressing “incredibly well” according to those familiar with the game’s development. Ubisoft has the new Rayman project scheduled for a late 2025 release. Insider Gaming also claims that Ubisoft has already made “preliminary plans to develop Rayman 4” though it’s not clear how far along those plans are. Insider Gaming says that this will be dependant on how the new Rayman game, codenamed Steambot, performs at retail.
