Onion Games delays fairy tale RPG Stray Children until 2024

Onion Games has announced that it will delay the release of the long-awaited fairy tale RPG Stray Children, which was originally scheduled for release in Japan during the winter, until 2024. The game will be available for Nintendo Switch. In a statement, Onion Games stated that they determined that it takes more time than initially anticipated to complete the game.

“With the decision to delay the game already made, it has also become necessary to seriously think about the future of Stray Children,” Onion Games said. “Therefore, we would be grateful if you could participate in a survey to gather everyone’s thoughts. We greatly appreciate your support!”

The Stray Children survey is available here. Your questions include release format, merchandise and events, additional platforms, and crowdfunding.

This delay may disappoint fans who were hoping to play Stray Children soon, but it demonstrates Onion Games’ commitment to delivering a complete and satisfying game. Players will now have to wait a little longer to immerse themselves in the magical world of Stray Children and discover the wonders that await them.
