SEGA has excited Sonic fans by announcing Sonic X Shadow Generationsa remastered version of the acclaimed Sonic Generations released in 2011. This new title will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store) this fall.

In Sonic X Shadow Generations, Shadow the Hedgehog is back and joins Classic and Modern Sonic in an all-new collection offering two unique experiences. Players will have the opportunity to control Shadow the Hedgehog in a new story campaign that features never-before-seen powers and abilities. When Shadow’s old nemesis, Black Doom, reappears and threatens to take over the world, Shadow must travel to his own past, confront painful memories, face familiar enemies, and unlock new powers to save the world and prove why he is known as the Ultimate Life Form.
