Gearbox Publishing and developer Gunfire Games have announced the release of “The Awakened King” DLC for Remnant II, which will be available starting November 14 for $9.99 as the first part of the previously announced DLC pack. This bundle will include three DLC packs in total and can be purchased for $24.99.
In “The Awakened King,” players will face the return of the One True King, who has awakened and seeks revenge after being corrupted by the Roots during his near-death slumber. The crazed king sees betrayal around every corner and is in unbridled fury. Since his castle first arrived in a coastal city of Dran, the tides are rough and the weather is chaotic, causing all manner of creatures from the deep to appear and leaving many mysteries in their wake.
In an exciting new plot, survivors must uncover the secrets behind the One True King by exploring a mysterious area within the world of Losomn. In this strange location, survivors will navigate new dungeons, acquire powerful equipment, meet unexpected allies, and face new threats on their quest to reach the One True King and defeat him once and for all.
Remnant II is now available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC through Steam and Epic Games Store. This expansion promises to offer players an exciting and challenging experience.
