Japanese publisher Game Source Entertainment has revealed that the horror game developed by Softstar Entertainment, “The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication“, will arrive on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Switch, in addition to its previously announced launch for PC (Steam), in 2024.
Game Description: “The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication” is a standalone sequel to “The Bridge Curse: Road to Salvation” and is a reimagined adaptation of the thriller film “The Bridge Curse 2: Ritual.” It is a first-person survival horror game, seen from the perspective of multiple characters, that uses a modern campus ghost story as the basis for its plot.
History: The story takes place at Wen Hua University, one of ten universities in Taiwan known for their haunting ghost stories. To attract new members to the film club, a group of students decide to hold the Carnival of Horror at the Da Ren building, which is rife with rumors of ghost sightings. They planned to recreate a strange case that occurred on campus decades ago and turn it into a horror movie, but as they rush to film in the depths of the night, strange things begin to happen… At the same time, a reporter arrives at the scene. campus after receiving a disturbing letter in hopes of solving a mysterious missing persons case from the past. After piecing together a series of clues, the mystery unravels and a massive conspiracy shrouded in darkness is about to emerge. As they desperately try to escape, the terrifying being behind the wraith-infested building gradually reveals itself… With demons approaching and doom imminent, will anyone survive the horrors of the night?
