Annapurna Interactive and Open Roads Team have postponed the launch of the adventure game Open Roads

Annapurna Interactive and development team Open Roads Team have postponed the launch of the adventure game Open Roads from February 22, now scheduled for March 28. It will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC through Steam. In a statement, Annapurna Interactive mentioned that the delay was made “to ensure the most polished experience for players.”

Open Roads follows the story of Tess Devine and her mother, Opal, who on a beautiful fall day discover a collection of old notes and letters carefully stored in the attic of their home. Clues to deep-rooted family secrets, decades-old robberies, and a treasure lost somewhere near the Canadian border. What was discovered suggests a much darker mystery, which would be better left alone. However, that’s not going to happen.

In Open Roads, Tess and Opal embark on a road trip to explore a series of long-abandoned family properties, unearthing the past. They will search the ruins of these places that hold buried memories, things that Opal has tried to forget for years. And in this search, they will discover not only the truth they have been searching for, but also the link between them.

Featuring standout performances from Keri Russell (The Americans, Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker) and Kaitlyn Dever (Booksmart, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End), Open Roads promises to immerse players in a unique narrative experience when it finally arrives on March 28. .
