The Genvid platform has revealed new information and footage of Silent Hill: Ascension ahead of its world premiere tonight. This live horror experience will be available on PC via desktop browser, iOS via App Store, and Android via Google Play starting at 6:00 pm Pacific Time / 9:00 pm Eastern Time .
Weekly episodes packaged with audience-influenced plots will be available through the app Sony Pictures Core for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, the application Bravia Core for Bravia TVs and the app Bravia Core for Xperia on select Xperia smartphones.
Prior to the premiere, Genvid will stream a pre-show event, hosted by Greg Miller and Kinda Funny, where Silent Hill fans can gather, prepare for the upcoming series, and chat with the series’ creators. The Premiere Pre-Show begins at 4:30 pm Pacific Time / 7:30 pm Eastern Time and will be available on the Silent Hill: Ascension app, on Ascension.com, as well as on the YouTube and Twitch channels of Kinda Funny.
Fans can install Silent Hill: Ascension and register for a free account on your mobile device or at Ascension.com on a desktop computer. While the series itself won’t begin until 6:00 pm Pacific / 9:00 pm ET, the first decision is already available and will affect the outcome of the first scenes on the live broadcast, including the final fate of one of our characters, Rachel Hernández.
