The Last of Us Part II Remastered: New “No Return” mode revealed in a shocking trailer


Publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment and developer Naughty Dog have released an exciting trailer for The Last of Us Part II Remastered, featuring the innovative “No Return” survival mode. “Experience the deep combat of The Last of Us Part II Remastered through an all-new single-player mode!” reads the trailer description.

Survive in an Unforgiving World: “No Return” Roguelike Mode

In this new roguelike mode, titled “No Return,” players will immerse themselves in a deep and challenging combat experience. The premise is simple: survive as long as you can in each race, choosing your path through a series of random encounters with different enemies and memorable locations from Part II. Each race will culminate in intense boss battles.

Unlockable Characters and Unique Gameplay

A standout feature is the ability to play as Ellie, Abby, and various unlockable characters, including Dina, Jesse, Lev, and Tommy, among others. Each character has unique traits that offer a variety of play styles. As you progress, you will unlock skins to customize your characters in this exciting mode.

Unexpected Challenges: Unique Game Modifiers

“No Return” mode features unique gameplay modifiers that offer unexpected challenges in different encounter types. This strategic addition promises to keep players guessing, providing a fresh and exciting experience with every attempt.

Release Date and Presale
