Developer Clapperheads has announced its next horror project, Zoochosis, a waiter body horror simulation game where you become a night zookeeper. The release date for PC via Steam is scheduled for Q2 2024.
Oleg Gaze, CEO and co-founder of Clapperheads, shared his excitement in a press release: “We are excited to reveal our latest horror project, Zoochosis, to the world. We’re always on top of trends, and we think body cameras are a great way to increase tension and immerse players in the heart of the game. And believe me, at Zoochosis, there is a lot going on! We have chosen a topic that we believe is liked by many, not only our team, but many more people; animals. Not just animals, but the main focus on saving them, preventing them from disappearing from the face of the earth. And suddenly! “You find yourself in this crazy scenario where, as a night zookeeper, a parasite infects your animal friends, and it’s a matter of survival for both you and the animals in your care.”
Game Description: Zoochosis is a chilling horror simulation game with a waiter’s body, where you become a zookeeper about to start his first night shift. As you don your body camera and make your rounds, you’ll notice strange behavior from some of the animals in the enclosures, something you’ve never seen before. A terrifying parasite is spreading, mutating some of the animals into grotesque versions of themselves, thirsty for blood and ready to do anything to kill you and escape. You must identify infected animals and create vaccines to cure them before the parasite gets out of control and spreads throughout the zoo. Unravel the mysteries of the zoo and save the animals to save yourself, as your choices will determine your destiny. Will you survive the night?
Immerse yourself in the unique terror of Zoochosis! With Zoochosis, Clapperheads promises to deliver a unique horror experience, where the player’s decisions play a crucial role in the development of the game.
