Developer Digital Sun has revealed that the real-time strategy and tower defense game, Cataclysmwill be released for PC via Steam in the second quarter of 2022. In a change of plans, Digital Sun has decided not to be published by Humble Games, as previously announced, and will be self-distributed.
Javi Gimenez, CEO of Digital Sun, said in a press release: “At Digital Sun, we come from humble beginnings, making games for other people. We’ve always admired studios like Supergiant and Klei that feel truly independent. We have dreamed of being able to publish our own games and talk directly to our players. Cataclysm is the next step to make that dream come true.”
