Nintendo has confirmed that some original Nintendo Switch games running on the Nintendo Switch 2 will get free updates to enhance them on the newer system. These games are separate from the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition original Switch games which have been specifically tailored and tinkered with for Nintendo Switch 2.
