The game is set to receive another big update titled Voyagers which brings with it a new type of spaceship: the Corvette. These are gigantic monoliths with huge interiors which you can customise to your liking and have “real interiors, med-bays, sleeping quarters, war rooms, radars, and teleporters.” Because they fly the idea is that your base is always with you. Hello Games lead Sean Murray says the Voyagers update is so big that certain parts of the game had to be reworked to accommodate it.
