Death Stranding Director’s Cut coming to iPhone 15 Pro, iPads and Macs on January 30

The game Death Stranding Director’s Cut, developed by Kojima Productions and published by 505 Games, will launch for iPhone 15 Pro and all iPads and Macs with M-series chips through the App Store on January 30 for $39.99, the companies announced. Additionally, players can take advantage of pre-sales that are now available with a 50% discount, bringing the price down to $19.99.

Death Stranding, created by legendary game designer Hideo Kojima, offers a genre-defying experience and now expands in this definitive version, the Director’s Cut. The plot takes place in a future where a mysterious event known as the Death Stranding has opened a door between the living and the dead, giving rise to grotesque creatures from beyond that wander a fallen world marked by a desolate society. As Sam Bridges, your mission is to bring hope to humanity by connecting the last survivors of a decimated America. Can you reunite the fragmented world, step by step?

The version of Death Stranding Director’s Cut for Mac takes full advantage of Metal 3’s features, such as MetalFX upscaling, allowing for unparalleled graphical fidelity and stunning performance. Additionally, it includes a high frame rate, Photo Mode, and crossover content from Valve Corporation’s Half-Life series and CD Projekt RED’s Cyberpunk 2077. Stay connected with players around the world thanks to the Strand Social System.

It should be noted that Death Stranding Director’s Cut is now available for PlayStation 5 and PC through Steam and Epic Games Store. Coming to iOS and Mac devices, more players will be able to immerse themselves in this unique journey that combines immersive narrative and innovative gameplay mechanics.
