BeXide has released the fruit stacking puzzle game “Fruit Mountain” for PC via Steam for $8.99. It’s available with a 10 percent introductory discount, for $8.09, through March 31! Versions for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Switch will arrive later in 2024.
“Fruit Mountain” is a 3D physics puzzle game in which players stack fruits on a plate. According to BeXide, “The controls are super simple, but the gameplay is deep!” Players adjust the angle and position and throw the fruit. When fruits of the same type join together, they become larger fruits. The goal is to stack the fruits carefully so they don’t spill off the plate. If a fruit falls, the game ends. Players can play strategically by considering the size, shape and stacking position of the fruits.
The game also has a leaderboard feature to compete for points. Scores increase based on the number of fruits changed! Additionally, players can get a chain bonus if fruits are linked together in a short period of time. Sometimes, by playing boldly, unexpected chains can occur!
The main character of the game is Art-chan, a girl who paints in her studio and watches the fruits accumulate. Players can create their own “fruit mountain” and compete for scores with players from around the world!
