Koumajou Remilia II: Stranger’s Requiem coming to Switch and PC on December 14


Koumajou Remilia II: Stranger’s Requiem will release for Switch and PC via Steam on December 14, publisher CFK and developer Frontier Aja announced. In Japan, standard and limited physical editions will be available for Switch for 4,400 yen and 7,700 yen, respectively. The latter will include a special box with new Banpai Akira artwork, a 36-page art book, the two-disc original soundtrack (36 tracks), and an acrylic plaque with new Banpai Akira artwork. The digital edition will cost 2,980 yen.

Koumajou Remilia II: Stranger’s Requiem is a side-scrolling 2D action game featuring characters from Touhou Project, a popular franchise loved by fans around the world, and is a direct sequel to Koumajou Remilia: Scarlet Symphony. Continuing from the previous game, Koumajou Remilia II: Stranger’s Requiem is a substantial improvement in several aspects, with better graphics and gameplay, an original story focused on a new protagonist, and a richer character roster. Embark on an adventure with the Head Maid, Sakuya Izayoi, as she searches for Spring, who has disappeared along with her friends from the castle.
