Persona 5 Strikers exceeds two million units sold worldwide

Atlus has announced that the total sales of the action RPG developed by Omega Force, Persona 5 Strikers, have exceeded two million units worldwide. The game, which was initially released for PlayStation 4 and Switch on February 20, 2020 in Japan and June 18, 2020 in Asia, subsequently came to PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam on February 23, 2021.

Game summary according to ATLUS: Seeking some rest and relaxation, the Phantom Thieves set out on a road trip until a ruthless Kyoto detective asks for their help investigating a series of strange cases happening all over Japan… otherwise he’ll arrest Joker. As they delve deeper into the mystery, they discover another kingdom where innocent people are imprisoned and forced to give up their hearts’ desires at the whims of their ruler. In typical Phantom Thieves style, they’ll use everything they’ve got to free the prisoners, return their hearts, and fight back against the corruption in their most explosive fight yet.

The continued success of Persona 5 Strikers demonstrates the lasting impact and sustained popularity of the series, attracting more players with its unique combination of engaging narrative and dynamic RPG action.
