Tchia will arrive on Steam with new features in March 2024, Awaceb announces

Awaceb has announced that it will release the PC version of Tchia via Steam in March 2024. The game, which initially launched for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via the Epic Games Store on March 21, 2023, will bring new features to the Steam platform. Improvements include a new costume perk system, new cosmetic items, and eight powerful new Soul-Melodies.

Game Description: Tchia tells the story of a young girl named Tchia who, upon witnessing the attack of strange creatures made of cloth that kidnap her father on a series of idyllic islands, decides to embark on an adventure to rescue her family and her home. Tchia has a variety of tools, from a simple slingshot to the ability to jump to nearby creatures and objects. Known as “Soul Jumping,” this power allows Tchia to control animals, fly high in the sky like a seagull, or swim through beautiful blue oceans like a fish. Using these skills and more, Tchia fights the monsters that have invaded her home and helps the island’s inhabitants.

The Steam version will come with new features, including a costume perk system, additional cosmetic items, and eight powerful new Soul-Melodies. Tchia is a love letter to New Caledonia, offering a vibrant adventure filled with tender moments, beautiful landscapes, charming characters and a story that addresses a young man’s place in the world.
