Key details for ‘Radirgy 2’ revealed


Publisher BEEP and developer RS34 have released the Tokyo Game Show 2023 trailer for the shooter Radirgy 2. Here’s a summary of the game, as provided by BEEP:

Radirgy is a vertical shooter that was released as an arcade title in 2005. Through its unique style as “Superflat Denpa-kei Shmup”, it slowly gained popularity along with a variety of re-releases on home consoles. Radirgy 2 is a highly evolved title in the latest Radirgy series, which aims to reinterpret the denpa-kei shmup genre. In this game, you control the flying mecha “Murasame” and experience its evolution while fighting hordes of relentless enemies.

Radirgy 2 is scheduled to be released on December 7 in Japan for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Switch. As previously announced, it will also include a port of the original Radirgy.
