Amazon’s Prime Day is here, and among all the handy freebies including games, audiobooks and more, the retailer has snuck the Nintendo Switch 2 back onto its virtual shelves.
That’s right, the Mario Kart World bundle is back, and at RRP, meaning you can get the new console and the game Tom Orry called “entertaining, snackable, fun” for the price it should be. Lovely.

Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World Bundle£429.99 |
Nintendo’s latest console comes with a larger screen, more power, and 4K output when docked, and in the box you’ll find everything you need from controller grips to cables and all that fun stuff.
Sadly, the console without Mario Kart World isn’t available. The game is great, but it’d be good to have the option.
While you can enjoy a multiplayer game by sharing Joy-Con controllers, Amazon is offering a discount of 5% on an additional pair, too.

Joy Con Pair – Switch 2£69.95 (5% off) |
Ideal for busy families looking to play together, the Red and Blue offering comes in at £69.96, down from £73.44. It’s still pricey, but money off is money off.
In our review of Mario Kart World, included as a digital download code, Tom said, “I’ve picked up Mario Kart World at every possible moment since the Switch 2 released.”
“It’s a gloriously fun multiplayer romp of a game that is an essential purchase for late into the night, ‘how did it get to 2am?’ hilarity, but the nature of it being the main launch title still bothers me.”
Roll on Donkey Kong: Bananza, then, eh?
